Coordinate water services for the City of Vaughan through staff leadership, equipment inspections, and regulatory awareness. This full time unionized role serves Environmental Services. As Team Lead, Water Services, you will coordinate operational activities for municipal water infrastructure. The position requires assigning work, directing and training staff, and maintaining effective CMMS processes. You will audit operations while supporting compliance with provincial Acts, regulations, and City standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assign daily work across water operations activities
- Direct staff through training and technical leadership
- Create and manage CMMS work requests
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and inspection routines
- Audit operational activities and identify issues

Requirements:
- Three year Civil or Environmental Technology diploma
- Seven years in municipal public works preferred
- Certified Engineering Technologist designation preferred
- Valid Ontario Water Distribution Level 2 license
