Coordinate underground production planning at Evolution Mining’s Red Lake Operations in Ontario on an 8/6, 12-hour-day roster. Use scheduling and operational analysis to guide execution. This Mine Operations Production Coordinator develops monthly production plans and weekly priorities for Red Lake’s underground operations. The work connects Operations, Technical Services, Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, Geology, and other departments. You will coordinate activities, assess constraints, monitor performance, and support safe production objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly production plans and weekly execution priorities
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly mining activities
- Inspect upcoming work areas for hazards and resources
- Analyze production data and recommend corrective actions
- Lead production, planning, and safety meeting communication
Requirements:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Ontario Basic Hard Rock Miner Training completion
- Underground production mining and operations background
- Experience with planning, scheduling, and operational coordination
