Shape Acumatica’s Distribution Edition through ERP product management, AI strategy, and roadmap leadership for growing distributors worldwide. As Senior Product Manager, you will own Distribution product direction within Acumatica’s cloud ERP portfolio. You will translate customer, partner, and market insight into requirements, work with engineering and UX, and guide capabilities across inventory, fulfillment, procurement, pricing, and replenishment. The work includes practical AI decisions for supply chain workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the multi-year Distribution product vision and roadmap
- Prioritize market requirements from customers, partners, and market insight
- Build investment cases and make build, buy, and partner choices
- Partner with engineering and UX on design, scope, and delivery




- Lead launch readiness, adoption monitoring, and product improvements

Requirements:
- 7+ years managing products in business applications and ERP
- Direct distribution experience with inventory, warehouses, orders, purchasing, and supply chains
- Experience taking market requirements through launch with measurable results
- Experience working with ISVs, partners, or platform ecosystems
- Hands-on fluency with LLMs, agentic workflows, retrieval, and tool use Lead Acumatica Distribution’s roadmap by combining ERP expertise, customer insight, partner collaboration, and responsible AI judgment.
