About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of People & Talent to build and lead its global talent and people strategy. Responsibilities include owning recruitment from workforce planning through onboarding, personally hiring for senior and hard-to-fill roles, and advising executive leaders on organizational design, succession planning, and team effectiveness. The role also oversees international people operations, including employment arrangements and employee lifecycle processes,



while developing compensation, performance, career, and onboarding frameworks. The successful candidate will strengthen employee experience and culture, improve people systems, and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Candidates should have at least seven years of relevant experience across talent acquisition, people operations, or people leadership, ideally in a high-growth technology business. They need a strong record of recruiting exceptional talent, partnering with senior executives, and supporting internationally distributed teams across multiple employment jurisdictions and employment models. Experience improving compensation structures, recruitment processes, performance frameworks, and onboarding programs is important, along with sound commercial judgment and confidence advising and challenging senior leaders. A proactive, resourceful approach, comfort with up-to-date HR and recruiting technology, and excellent written and spoken English are required. Hiring Manager Title CEO Functions
