Lead retail operations across Edmonton as a District Manager with Dollarama, overseeing stores, sales, and employee development. Daily travel across the territory is required. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the District Manager directs operational activities for 10 to 18 stores. This senior retail leader manages store managers and supports approximately ten or more employees per store. Responsibilities span recruitment, training, merchandising, financial reporting, productivity, labour, inventory, and store openings.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage territory operations through store managers
- Recruit, develop, retain, and manage store employees
- Execute Dollarama and supplier programs
- Visit stores daily across the territory
- Open stores and maintain product availability

Requirements:
- Five to ten years of retail management experience
- At least four years as a Store Manager
- Proven outstanding performance as a Store Manager
- Solid planning, communication, and decision-making skills
