Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Manager in the Financial Industry in a hybrid work setting in Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and initiatives within the Personal Banking portfolio from planning through execution
- Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to define objectives, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Take ownership of assigned projects and drive deliverables forward with minimal supervision
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies

- Coordinate across multiple business and functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Identify and escape risks, issues, and barriers to project delivery

Requirements:




- Demonstrated experience independently managing projects or initiative
- Experience working within a PMO or structured project environment
- Experience working within a PMO or structured project environment
- Strong experience preparing project status reports and providing clear project updates
- Comfortable working independently without significant day-to-day direction or hand-holding
- Banking or financial services experience is an asset, particularly exposure to Personal Banking, Personal Lending, Risk, AML, Fraud, or Process Transformation Soft
