Support investment platforms at BMO in Toronto through Charles River IMS expertise, OMS troubleshooting, and trading workflow coordination. The office is at 100 King Street West. As an Investment Platforms Analyst, you will facilitate daily OMS operations and support trading-related processes. Your work includes reviewing data quality, resolving trade-entry issues, coordinating account provisioning, and partnering with Client Services, Portfolio Accounting, Compliance, and Technology. You will also contribute to workflow documentation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily operation of the order management system
- Review OMS data quality and troubleshoot trade-entry issues
- Coordinate broker setup and account provisioning
- Escalate vendor issues and partner with Technology teams
- Maintain workflow documentation and support OMS projects
Requirements:
- Trading Desk Support experience
- Experience with Charles River IMS
- Experience with Bloomberg Terminal, PORT, and Per Security
- Understanding of OMS, EMS, and Investment Book of Record
- Knowledge of market pricing, corporate actions, and trade operations Apply analytical problem-solving and trading systems knowledge to support BMO investment platforms, OMS workflows, and stakeholder processes.
