Requirements:
- Engineering degree, C.

T., or related equivalent education
- Minimum five years of progressive management experience
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
- Robust strategic planning, budgeting, and analytical skills
- Valid Manitoba Driver’s License Lead Gimli’s municipal operations through strategic planning, infrastructure stewardship, asset management, and accountable service delivery.
