Lead Power BI analytics in Ottawa with hybrid flexibility, using DAX and stakeholder engagement to turn complex electricity-sector data into insights. This Lead Data Analyst opportunity supports a national association serving Canada’s electricity sector. You will guide reliability intelligence programs, develop reporting, and collaborate with utility representatives, industry committees, and internal teams. The contract is full-time, approximately 13 months, with three days onsite weekly.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead data collection, validation, analysis, and annual reliability reporting
- Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and actionable visualizations
- Oversee data governance, requirements, databases, and reporting improvements
- Coordinate industry committees, meetings, communications, and member follow-up




- Coach team members, delegate responsibilities, and establish priorities

Requirements:
- Previous data analytics experience, preferably with team leadership
- Advanced Power BI, DAX, visualization, and dashboard development expertise
- Solid SQL, database, Excel, and Microsoft Office knowledge
- University degree or college diploma with project management knowledge
