Lead enterprise issues management in Toronto with TD, applying risk analysis and stakeholder communication across operational risk programs. This role offers 37.5 hours weekly. As Manager, Issues Management, you will support TD’s Operational Risk Management Framework and C-ORM’s independent risk function. You will interpret standards, analyze issue data, prepare senior-management reporting, and coordinate remediation. The position requires Excel, PowerPoint, Word, clear communication, and strong organization. Power BI reporting experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise stakeholders on Issues Management Standards, procedures, and requirements
- Analyze issue data for trends, themes, drivers, and remediation concerns
- Draft reporting commentary for senior management and emerging concerns




- Coordinate audit evidence and remediation plan activities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables

Requirements:
- Risk management or financial reporting experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to influence executives, partners, and team members
