- 10+ years in business consulting
- 7+ years as Business Analyst, business systems analyst, or process analyst
- Digital documentation services and information management analysis
- RFI/RFP documentation authorship and support
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration,



IT or related discipline Nice to Have
- Business Analyst on large-scale digital transformation moving from paper-based to electronic document management
- Familiarity with human resources processes in a large organization
- Experience implementing third-party vendor solutions and services; cloud-based experience an asset
- Knowledge of municipal and provincial document retention by-laws/policies
- Public and/or Transit experience Responsibilities
- Gather and validate business, stakeholder, and solution requirements
- Document requirements in MR4TFS central repository
- Conduct workshops with business users to identify gaps and document current state processes, inefficiencies, and KPIs/metrics
- Assess current state and analyze process gaps and root causes
- Recommend and document future state
- Prepare Scope of Services and RFP documentation under procurement process
- Provide in office rollout and production support for new implementations
