Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations remotely for a British Columbia client, applying payroll configuration and testing expertise. Guide ECP delivery across implementation, deployment, and stabilization activities. This experienced Implementation Lead requires SAP SuccessFactors expertise and strong functional knowledge. You will configure payroll functionality, translate requirements, support integrations, and validate employee data. The work includes Canadian payroll processes, benefits integration, and stakeholder engagement across HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ECP workstream through implementation and deployment
- Configure wage codes, earnings, deductions, taxes, advantages, and processes




- Gather requirements and translate business needs into ECP solutions
- Support mapping, integrations, testing, deployment, and stabilization
- Troubleshoot payroll-processing issues and identify appropriate solutions

Requirements:
- Two or more years working with SAP SuccessFactors
- SAP Certified in SAP HCM Payroll for SAP S/4HANA
- Deep knowledge of payroll processes, data structures, and compliance
- Experience with implementation, transformation, or functional support
- Experience with system testing, UAT coordination, and data validation Apply SAP ECP configuration, Canadian payroll, testing, and stakeholder skills as a remote Implementation Lead.
