Apply brokerage application support expertise remotely with Fidelity Clearing Canada, troubleshooting Dataphile and business-critical systems for clients and users. This Business Application Support Analyst role serves FCC’s technology team within financial services. You will maintain production applications, resolve service requests, evaluate client requirements, and communicate solutions across business and technical audiences. The position also includes user training, product demonstrations, quality assurance testing, and business analysis. A full time regular schedule and current Canadian work authorization are required.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain service quality for FCC production applications
- Answer questions, explicit faults, and propose solutions
- Evaluate enhancement and maintenance requirements




- Coordinate communication among clients, vendors, and Fidelity partners
- Deliver collaborative, seamless customer service

Requirements:
- Three-year post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of client application support
- Brokerage experience focused on post-trade or mid-back-office applications
- Complex business-critical systems support experience in financial services
- Dataphile, API troubleshooting, and SDLC knowledge Use brokerage operations knowledge, application troubleshooting, and clear communication to support Fidelity Clearing Canada’s critical financial systems.
