Lead merchandise planning for Rennaï’s beauty retail business in Toronto or Montreal, using advanced Excel and forecasting skills to guide decisions. As Planning Manager, you will oversee sales forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and business analytics. You will develop brand-level merchandise plans, translate forecasts into purchasing priorities, and support profitable growth through data-driven recommendations. The position reports to the Senior Director of Operations and Planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand-level sales forecasts and merchandise plans
- Analyze forecast variances and recommend corrective actions
- Translate forecasts into inventory requirements and purchasing priorities
- Monitor inventory investment, weeks of supply,



and sell-through
- Partner with Merchandising and stakeholders on planning decisions

Requirements:
- Five or more years of relevant retail planning experience
- Advanced Excel, PivotTables, formulas, and data modelling skills
- Experience developing brand or category sales forecasts
- Robust analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
