This Senior Advisor supports the Well Delivery Program Integration Team and reports to the Program Planning Manager. You will align project plans with approved scope, execution strategies, and business objectives. Your work spans drilling, completions, facilities, operations, earthworks, regulatory, finance, and enabling functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop executable schedules aligned with approved execution strategies
- Coordinate schedule updates with project and functional stakeholders
- Integrate plans across projects, programs, and enabling functions




- Challenge duration assumptions using objective performance data
- Advise leadership on feasibility, planning quality, and performance

Requirements:
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or relevant certificate
- Eight-plus years of oil and gas experience, preferably drilling
- Eight-plus years of project planning using Primavera P6
- Experience with data modeling, Power Query, SQL, or Python Bring scheduling discipline, portfolio analysis, and cross-functional communication to Cenovus Well Delivery program planning and execution.
