Strengthen plant finance and controls at Amrize through process improvement, SAP expertise, and accurate financial reporting for operations. The Controller supports the cement product line by partnering with Product Line Finance Directors and operating managers. This position oversees accounting and reporting functions, financial controls, and process standardization across markets and plants. It also supports inventory, fixed assets, and operational financial guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting and reporting at market area level
- Reconcile inventory, reserves, working capital, and clearing accounts
- Review fixed assets and reconcile survey results to physical
- Drive process and system improvements across product lines
- Promote adherence to safety and environmental policies
Requirements:
- University degree in accounting, finance, or business
- At least five years of financial management experience
- Qualified accounting designation required
- Robust financial, business analysis, and cost control skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Use controls, SAP, reporting, and process optimization expertise to support Amrize plants and cement product line results.
