Design CI/CD automation with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions as a bilingual Senior Software Engineering Specialist at CMHC. This permanent hybrid position includes limited travel. You will help modernize software delivery within CMHC’s Business Solutions Engineering team. The role focuses on reusable automation, platform practices, and engineering excellence. You will coach teams, simplify complex concepts, and support secure, scalable delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design reusable CI/CD pipeline templates and deployment workflows
- Manage and improve Azure DevOps automation tools
- Embed testing and security gates into delivery pipelines
- Troubleshoot pipeline issues and promote delivery observability
- Build documentation,
training materials, and example pipelines
Requirements:
- Seven years of DevOps, platform engineering, or automation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Robust Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions experience
- PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting proficiency
- Familiarity with Terraform, Bicep, GitOps, and containers Apply CI/CD, scripting, coaching, and platform engineering expertise to strengthen CMHC’s automated software delivery practices.
