Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Security Lead to join their project immediately on a long term contract. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of SAP Security experience, including SAP SuccessFactors, with deep expertise in SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and security governance, a robust understanding of SOX, Segregation of Duties (SoD), risk management, and audit requirements, and experience working across HR, IT, Infrastructure, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and governance of SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP), security roles, and access controls.
- Partner with Functional Leads, Process Leads, and Business Owners to align security requirements with business processes.
- Collaborate with the Target Service Delivery Model Lead to establish sustainable security operations and support processes.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, IAM, and Enterprise Security teams on SSO,



user provisioning, integrations, and security standards.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, privacy regulations, and corporate security policies.
- Develop and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, sensitive access controls, and access review processes.
- Lead security testing, role validation, audit support, and go-live readiness activities.
- Oversee user access governance, security incident management, and continuous improvement of the security framework. Preferred Experience
- SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent Management modules.
- SSO, Entra ID/Azure AD, identity provisioning, and integration security.
- Global HR transformation or HRIS implementation programs.
- Experience designing security operating models and supporting post-go-live service delivery.
