Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in Jira.

Serve as the techno-functional expert, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation.

Cultivate a product owner mindset by managing and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize business value.

Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication, consensus, and alignment on project goals.

Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and review meetings to drive project momentum.





Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role

KYC Domain experience.

Demonstrated product owner mindset with experience in backlog management, prioritization, and release planning.

Expert-level proficiency with Atlassian Jira for managing requirements and tracking development progress.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability in stakeholder management, with a track record of building solid, collaborative relationships.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
