Spike On Site is a growing GTA construction services company specializing in demolition, junk removal, disposal bin rentals, and construction site cleaning.

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our client base, build relationships with contractors, and help develop our sales department.

Responsibilities

- Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and client meetings.
- Build long-term relationships with general contractors, custom home builders, and renovation companies.
- Identify opportunities, follow up on leads, and close new business.
- Implement and manage a CRM and organized sales pipeline.
- Attend site visits and assist with demolition estimating and quotations.
- Work directly with ownership to develop and execute sales strategies.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or outside sales, preferably in construction.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and its services.
- Confident in cold calling, prospecting,



and developing new client relationships.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Construction estimating experience and existing contractor relationships are solid assets.
- Valid driver’s licence.

What We Offer
- $85,000–$100,000 base salary, depending on experience.
- Performance-based commission and bonuses.
