Manage subsurface data and geoscience workflows as a Senior Geoscience Technologist with Cenovus’s Thermal Geoscience Development team. Support SAGD development through reliable technical data. Reporting to the Manager, Foster Creek Geoscience Development, this senior role supports sustaining development and commercial SAGD drilling activities. You will collaborate with geologists, geophysicists, geomodellers, and multidisciplinary partners. Your work includes databases, analytical tools, technical applications, and governed data workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage subsurface data across software applications
- Maintain well, LAS, and core geoscience databases
- Test and troubleshoot internal geo-analytical tools




- Prepare reservoir quality, coverage, and volumetrics maps
- Verify workflows against Cenovus data governance standards

Requirements:
- Eight-plus years in oil and gas geoscience
- ASET certification, technical diploma, or equivalent
- Experience with wells, tops, core, LAS, and SEGY
- Solid oil and gas software knowledge
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada Apply geoscience data management, database, and workflow expertise to Cenovus thermal development and commercial SAGD drilling support.
