Lead North American codes, standards, and regulatory strategy for IPEX from a hybrid Oakville, Ontario office. Shape market access across Canada and the United States. As Director, Codes, Standards and Regulatory Affairs, you will represent IPEX across building, plumbing, mechanical, municipal, and electrical requirements. Reporting to the Vice President, Transformation Office, you will guide two Senior Managers and coordinate technical, commercial, and compliance priorities. The mandate supports existing products, innovation, and future growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop IPEX’s North American codes, standards, and regulatory strategy
- Represent IPEX with regulators, committees, associations, and certification bodies
- Lead positions on proposed code and standards revisions




- Translate regulatory developments into business risks and recommended actions
- Lead Canada and United States Codes and Standards teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline
- Qualified Engineer designation strongly preferred
- 10+ years in codes, standards, or regulatory affairs
- Experience influencing North American committees or task groups
