Reporting to the President and CEO, the Vice-President provides strategic leadership for Canadore’s academic portfolio and research strategy. The position advances teaching, learning, student success, flexible pathways, applied research, and industry partnerships. It also guides academic planning, renewal, emerging technologies, and cutting-edge delivery models across a complex institution.

Requirements:
- Progressive senior leadership experience in postsecondary education
- Experience leading academic transformation in complex environments
- Strong financial and operational judgment
- Graduate degree in a relevant discipline required
