As a Principal Executive Recruiter, you will own VP-level and senior leadership searches across Sales, People, Legal, Finance, and corporate teams. You will advise C-suite executives, develop talent strategies, and manage candidate relationships through closing. GitLab’s globally distributed, remote-first Talent Acquisition team values explicit communication and reliable follow-through.

Key Responsibilities
