As a senior individual contributor reporting to the Manager, Data Science, you will shape how ML systems are built, evaluated, and trusted. You will own production pipelines, real-time serving, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining. Your scope includes MLOps standards, feature store direction, peer review, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Own production ML systems from training through retraining
- Set MLOps and ML engineering standards across the team
- Shape feature store and platform roadmap priorities
- Establish systematic model evaluation and regression testing

Requirements:
- Experience training, deploying, serving, and maintaining production models
- Solid communication and stakeholder alignment skills
