Build Java integrations remotely at Flexspring, connecting complex HR, payroll, and financial systems through hands-on development and client collaboration. As an Integration Specialist, you will design, develop, and support custom solutions across their full lifecycle. You will translate business and technical requirements with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders. The work includes Java, Groovy, React, APIs, file-based integrations, testing, deployment, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
- Code integrations using Flexspring’s integration framework
- Review client mappings and technical specifications
- Lead integration testing, UAT, and go-live activities
- Document logic, configurations, and technical nuances




- Troubleshoot production issues and meet support SLAs

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in software engineering, computer science, or related field
- Solid backend development experience and Java proficiency
- Experience with Groovy or similar JVM-based languages
- Hands-on API integration experience with REST, SOAP, or GraphQL
