Drive Business Banking reporting at BMO using SAS, SQL, Python, and Power BI across Canadian P&BB.; Support accurate performance tracking and coaching insights. As Manager, Business Banking Analytics, you will develop, optimize, and maintain reporting initiatives aligned with immediate and long-term objectives. Collaborate with DATA, Business Banking, and Salesforce teams on productive reporting solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert for reporting portfolios spanning Salesforce, channels, product lines, or customer segments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop scorecard dashboards using extraction, cleaning, and visualization techniques
- Monitor weekly production processes and troubleshoot technical issues
- Gather requirements and support reporting design, build, and testing




- Create reports and provide ad hoc investigation support
- Improve reporting accuracy, quality, integrity, and operational efficiency

Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline
- Intermediate experience with SAS, SQL, and Python
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools
- Hands-on experience with large-scale analytical processes or models
