This Project Manager oversees complete delivery lifecycles across SDLC, infrastructure, and third-party integration portfolios. You will manage business and IT phases, budgets exceeding $2 million, schedules, risks, quality, vendors, and communications. The work supports TMX project standards and performance oversight.

Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, drivers, measurements, and required resources
- Create integrated plans covering schedules, costs, risks, and quality
- Execute projects and manage approved scope, budgets, and timelines




- Report project status to steering committees using TMX standards
- Improve project lifecycle documentation, templates, and processes

Requirements:
- Minimum seven years managing information technology projects
- Cloud implementation and end-to-end delivery experience
- Experience managing projects exceeding $2 million
- Understanding of IT architecture and data platforms
- PMP certification and related degree or equivalent experience Bring leadership, Agile delivery, negotiation, and communication skills to major technology projects supporting TMX’s capital markets systems.
