Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or related field
- Minimum seven years’ lending or financial services experience
- Expertise in loan portfolios, credit processes, and risk management
- Solid leadership, coaching, and performance management experience
- Bilingual English and French communication proficiency Bring strategic leadership, credit expertise, and relationship management to FCC’s commercial lending operations and district portfolio oversight.
