Lead lift maintenance at Sasquatch Mountain Resort with mechanical expertise and a proactive approach in British Columbia’s Fraser Valley. This full-time, year-round role includes weekends and holidays. As Lift Maintenance Manager, you will oversee secure, reliable, and efficient lift systems while reporting to the Outside Operations Manager. Lead day-to-day mechanical operations, preventative maintenance, and repairs for chairlifts and passenger conveyors. Support winter operations, off-season maintenance, capital projects, and summer operations development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily mechanical operations for chairlifts and passenger conveyors
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical lift equipment issues
- Plan, assign, and oversee daily maintenance tasks
- Coordinate contractors for inspections, testing, repairs, and maintenance
- Maintain accurate service records and support regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Previous lift maintenance or mechanical operations experience
- Strong knowledge of CSA Z98 and lift maintenance standards
- Selkirk College Lift 150 certificate required
- Red Seal Millwright certification preferred
- Valid Class 5 licence and clean driver’s abstract Apply mechanical leadership, troubleshooting, and safety expertise to lift systems at Sasquatch Mountain Resort year-round.
