As Principal Program Manager, you will advise clients across technical, regulatory, financial, and community considerations. You will direct execution across engineering, construction management, risk management, and sustainability. The position supports HDR’s Water Business Group and requires senior program leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with technical complexity
- Plan, direct, and monitor program execution
- Advise clients on program decisions and risks
- Develop program management plans, processes, and tools
- Monitor quality, financial performance, and contract compliance

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- At least ten years of program management experience
- At least four years as a Senior Program Manager
- PE, P.
Eng, PMP, PgMP, AICP, or CCM certification
- Experience leading major infrastructure programs Bring strategic program leadership, client advising, and water infrastructure expertise to HDR’s multidisciplinary delivery teams.
