Shape CORA Group’s enterprise architecture in Markham through Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity expertise. Lead practical infrastructure modernization across hybrid environments. This Lead Systems Engineer position provides senior technical leadership for enterprise infrastructure design, implementation, optimization, and support. Work with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, and Windows Server. Translate business requirements into cost-effective solutions while establishing standards, documentation, and operational runbooks.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions
- Lead modernization initiatives, evaluations, proof-of-concept testing, and implementations
- Establish technical standards, architecture documentation, and operational runbooks




- Support Microsoft enterprise technologies and hybrid identity services
- Lead incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational handoff

Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of progressive enterprise infrastructure experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 experience across Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune
- Knowledge of Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, and networking
