Site Superintendent
- Wood Frame Construction Six-Storey Wood-Frame Apartments | Vaughan Area LOCATION North York office and Vaughan-area construction sites WORKING STYLE Primarily site-based; An established residential developer is expanding its in-house construction division and seeking a hands-on Site Superintendent for its Vaughan-area residential pipeline. Approximately 3,000 Ontario residential units are scheduled to commence construction in 2027

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily site activities, trades, subcontractors and material deliveries.
- Oversee construction of six-storey stick-built apartment buildings above concrete parkades.
- Coordinate phased buildings, including framing, envelope, interiors and finishing.
- Maintain site safety, quality standards, inspections, schedules and documentation.




- Partner with the Project Manager to resolve issues and keep work progressing. Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated site leadership on multi-storey stick-built wood-frame residential projects.
- Strong grasp of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination and safety.
- Ability to manage schedules, quality and multiple work fronts.
