Lead Middle School academics and student life at St. Andrew’s College, supporting curriculum, assessment, and daily operations. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. Reporting to the Director of Middle School, the Assistant Director serves on the Middle School leadership team. The role supports Grades 5-8 curriculum, instructional practice, assessment, reporting, and faculty collaboration. It also advances student well-being, school expectations, and divisional priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support development and delivery of the Grades 5-8 academic program
- Promote Ontario curriculum and Growing Success alignment
- Support student leadership councils and attendance follow-up
- Coordinate programs, schedules, events, and divisional priorities




- Communicate with students, faculty, families, and school community members

Requirements:
- Ontario College of Teachers certification in good standing
- Bachelor of Education and Junior/Intermediate qualifications
- Experience teaching and working with Middle School students
- Experience in boys’ education
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Bring academic leadership, student support, and cooperative communication to St. Andrew’s College’s Middle School community.
