Lead advanced data engineering with Capital One Canada in Toronto, using technical design, architecture, and hands-on development skills. This hybrid role includes three office days weekly. As a Staff Engineer, you will own technical design and development for cross-functional, multi-platform, fault-tolerant application systems. You will guide engineering standards, contribute to high-level design, and improve developer experience. The work spans application development, data design, modelling, architecture, and cloud platforms.

Requirements:
- At least six years of hands-on development experience

- Experience mentoring associates and guiding technical stakeholders
