Shape identity and access product direction for Ontario Health’s ONE ID, using customer research, backlog ownership, and stakeholder communication in-office. As Senior Product Manager, you will serve as ONE ID’s subject matter expert. You will connect product vision with customer needs, logical architecture, industry trends, and organizational objectives. Your work supports secure, maintainable requirements and effective delivery across Ontario Health portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ONE ID product expertise, architecture knowledge, and domain understanding
- Lead user research and stakeholder engagement to validate customer needs
- Translate vision into stories, criteria, and non-functional requirements
- Identify dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, blockers, and release impacts




- Build relationships with clients, partners, government organizations, and stakeholders

Requirements:
- 10+ years of product management experience with IAM solutions
- 10+ years in software development environments and requirements analysis
- Robust knowledge of user-centred design and innovation practices
- Excellent written, verbal, interviewing, and facilitation skills
- Ability to make sound decisions on complex organizational issues Use identity product expertise, customer insight, and clear requirements to advance ONE ID delivery with Ontario Health.
