We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Management Trainee to join our Calgary office. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain practical Canadian work experience in business management, administration, customer relations, and day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and support daily business management activities.
- Assist with business planning, coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Communicate with clients and maintain qualified customer relationships.
- Monitor daily operations, prepare reports, and track business performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist management with business processes and organizational activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Punjabi and Hindi fluency is mandatory due to communication requirements with our customer base.
- Good English communication skills.
- Must have valid authorization to work in Canada, including an applicable work permit.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 48.0 per week
