Overview We are recruiting contributors to analyze business processes and workflow records for AI projects. You will use stated process requirements to guide your work and record findings about inefficient steps, rework, control gaps, and inconsistent outcomes for review.

Key Responsibilities - Map business processes and workflow records against stated process requirements.

- Trace inputs, decisions, handoffs, and outputs through the current process.
- Identify delays, repeat work, control gaps, and inconsistent outcomes.
- Check that completion status is supported by the required record or output.
- Record findings about inefficient steps, rework, control gaps,



and inconsistent outcomes and flag unresolved questions for review.

Requirements - Professional-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.

- Ability to analyze business processes and workflow records consistently against stated process requirements.
- Ability to verify completion claims against the required evidence.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.
- Previous experience in business analysis, process analysis or operations improvement is preferred.
