Position Summary

MJW is seeking a technically skilled and versatile Business Systems & IT Specialist to manage and improve our corporate technology systems across multiple divisions.

This role will oversee Salesforce, Google Workspace, WordPress, and IT infrastructure while supporting our ongoing Rootstock ERP migration. The successful candidate will assist with system implementation, software development, integrations, technical support, and process automation, working closely with management, employees, and external technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation and migration to Rootstock ERP, including configuration, data migration, testing, training, and ongoing system optimization.
- Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM, including user permissions, custom objects, reports, dashboards, workflows, Apex, and integrations.
- Manage Google Workspace, including user accounts, security, permissions, shared drives, and application support.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot internal web applications, WordPress websites, and customized software solutions.
- Support IT infrastructure, networks, computer hardware, telephony, and business applications.
- Develop system integrations, automated workflows, and reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support,



user training, and documentation across MJW’s divisions.
- Collaborate with management and the R&D; team on technology initiatives and continuous process improvement.
- Work with external vendors and implementation partners to resolve technical issues and support system enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience administering Salesforce, Google Workspace, and business IT systems.
- Experience with ERP systems, software implementation, or data migration projects.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud-based applications.
- Programming experience with languages such as Apex, Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of Salesforce customization, automation, APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience developing and maintaining web applications and WordPress platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide support to non-technical users.
- Ability to work on-site at MJW’s Etobicoke corporate office.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Rootstock ERP or Salesforce-based ERP platforms.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, Google Apps Script, or other automation tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.




- Knowledge of inventory, purchasing, accounting, and operational business processes.
