Lead portfolio delivery at Intelliflex as a PMO Manager, directing project governance, resource planning, and performance across complex customer projects. Reporting to the Director of PMO, this hands-on leader manages Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators. You will establish priorities, standards, decision authorities, and escalation processes while maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, risk, commercial outcomes, and customer commitments. The role supports Intelliflex and CES Corporation projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop PMO project delivery professionals
- Assign projects according to complexity, risk, and capability
- Maintain portfolio oversight and decision-focused leadership reporting
- Establish governance, stage gates,



standards, and closeout requirements
- Lead recovery plans for distressed or complex projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
- Minimum 12 years of progressive project management experience
- Experience leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams
- Portfolio accountability for financial, contractual, and commercial outcomes
- Ability to travel throughout Canada and the United States Bring portfolio leadership, governance, forecasting, and project recovery expertise to Intelliflex and CES Corporation delivery.
