The work spans requirements gathering, process analysis, functional design, configuration validation, and testing. You will also support migration, training, integrations, and production operations across global business functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Operations
- Analyze core finance, supply chain, warehouse, and costing processes
- Configure and validate Finance and Supply Chain functionality
- Lead testing, defect resolution, migration, cutover, and hypercare




- Investigate incidents and recommend process automation opportunities

Requirements:
- Minimum five years of ERP Business Analyst experience
- Two end-to-end ERP implementation projects as a core member
- Business Central Finance and Supply Chain implementation experience
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, OData, Power BI, and Power Platform
- Fluent written and spoken English; Mississauga-based availability required Apply Dynamics 365, e-Emphasys, stakeholder-management, and analytical expertise to IKO’s ERP transformation in Mississauga.
