We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a financial services organization in Toronto, where you'll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely management and regulatory reporting. Working closely with the Finance team and cross-functional partners, you'll help strengthen financial controls, support regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities to improve reporting processes. - You'll prepare monthly and quarterly Management Business Review packages, including variance analyses, MBR reports, and Flash reports.
- You'll prepare regulatory returns and support timely submissions in accordance with OSFI and Bank of Canada (BoC) requirements.
- You'll complete financial reconciliations, adjustments, and consolidating entries to ensure reporting accuracy.
- You'll help maintain strong internal controls and identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.




- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, accurate financial information.
- You'll contribute to finance initiatives and reporting enhancements while managing competing deadlines. Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive experience in financial, management, or regulatory reporting, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA designation (or equivalent) or currently working toward one.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Alteryx and Power BI is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
