Guide Property & Casualty priorities across business and technology. Reporting to the Director, Commercial Insurance Project Delivery, you will lead Product Owners delivering the Business and Technology Roadmap for Property & Casualty. The work connects Commercial Insurance, TS teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will translate business objectives into enhancements and recent products while supporting customer experience and operational scalability.

Key Responsibilities
- Define long-term Property & Casualty roadmaps with business leaders
- Gather, prioritize, and manage business requirements and dependencies
- Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses




- Translate business needs into solutions and product enhancements
- Lead and develop Product Owners and Associate Product Owners

Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma
- Three or more years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience
- Strong underwriting and product knowledge
- Experience using Guidewire PolicyCenter and commercial policy systems
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills Bring commercial insurance expertise, product leadership, and roadmap management to Definity’s Property & Casualty transformation work.
