Advance PMO excellence as a Senior Project Manager within Thomson Reuters’ CIO Strategy & Operations team. Work hybrid in Toronto while guiding complex technology programs and portfolios. This position combines subject matter expertise with autonomous execution across a global, matrixed organization. You will evolve governance structures, operating rhythms, standards, tooling, and AI-enabled approaches. The role also calls for technical fluency and credible engagement with engineering and architecture teams on trade-offs.

Key Responsibilities
- Evolve PMO governance structures, standards, and operating rhythms
- Lead complex programs with significant risk and visibility
- Identify dependencies affecting delivery across the portfolio




- Advise management on complex project issues
- Mentor project managers and track evolving PMO practices

Requirements:
- Experience with software development life cycles
- Technical fluency across cloud, APIs, and data integration
- Ability to engage engineering and architecture teams credibly
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in global, matrixed technology organizations preferred Use PMO leadership, technical fluency, and program expertise to improve delivery discipline across Thomson Reuters technology initiatives.
