Reporting to the General Manager, this Project Manager oversees residential, marine, commercial, and industrial work. The position assesses damage, creates estimates, explains technical details, and manages customer, subcontractor, consultant, and insurance relationships. Business development and account management activities support existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

Assess job-site damage and create accurate Xactimate estimatesManage complex restoration projects, budgets, scopes, and timelinesCoordinate appointments, site meetings, subcontractors, and insurance representativesSecure authorizations, deposits, permits,



billing, and completion certificatesCommunicate site conditions and technical explanations professionallyRequirements:
Three or more years in a similar roleConstruction, restoration, or insurance experience preferredXactimate and XactAnalysis experience preferredKnowledge of building codes, hazardous materials, and construction tradesAvailability for evenings, on-call work, weekends, and travelBring restoration project management, Xactimate estimating, and qualified field communication to Belfor’s emergency services operations.
