In this Maintenance Planner Supervisor position, you will balance production, maintenance, and team needs while overseeing preventative maintenance programs. The role calls for mechanical problem-solving, leadership, communication, and planning across daily, weekly, and project work. Canfor’s Operating System and abnormality response are central responsibilities.

- Ensure preventative maintenance programs are developed and followed

- Ensure quality standards and Canfor Operating System requirements

Requirements:
- Experience planning and scheduling maintenance across multiple trades
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust organization while managing changing business conditions
- Electronic-based maintenance program knowledge considered an asset
- Interprovincial Trade Qualification considered an asset Lead preventative maintenance execution, crew coordination, and safety-focused planning within Canfor’s technically complex Elko sawmill.
