As a Senior Associate, you will work within RSM’s Technical Accounting Consulting practice on wide-ranging client engagements. Your responsibilities include financial and business advisory guidance, technical memo preparation, and performance improvement analysis. Success requires relevant public accounting, technical accounting, or financial reporting experience, plus advanced communication skills.

Accounting or equivalent BS or BA degreeTwo or more years of recent relevant experienceTechnical knowledge of US GAAP and or IFRSAdvanced written and verbal communication abilitiesCPA or equivalent certification preferredDevelop financial reporting advisory expertise while applying accounting standards and communication skills across RSM client engagements.
