Direct clinical services at Southbridge Goderich LTC, where resident safety, care planning and nursing leadership shape daily operations. Work full-time in Goderich. As Director of Care, you will manage nursing and personal care programs while supporting safe, high-quality services for long-term care residents. The position requires leadership across registered nursing, registered practical nursing and personal support work. It also oversees staffing, documentation, inspections, clinical reviews and quality improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage clinical programs and nursing services
- Maintain accurate clinical records and support audits
- Lead incident, outbreak and critical-event responses
- Coordinate staffing levels,



skill mix and workforce planning
- Represent clinical matters with resident and family councils

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse registration in valuable standing with CNO
- At least five years related clinical experience
- At least two years supervisory or leadership experience
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards of care
- Current BLS or CPR certification Bring nursing leadership, operational organization and clinical decision-making to Southbridge Goderich LTC’s resident care programs.
