Responsibilities:

Manage projects and initiatives within the Personal Banking portfolio from planning through executionWork closely with business stakeholders and project teams to define objectives, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependenciesTake ownership of assigned projects and drive deliverables forward with minimal supervisionDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, action items, risks, issues, and dependenciesDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, action items, risks, issues, and dependenciesCoordinate across multiple business and functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely deliveryIdentify and escape risks, issues, and barriers to project deliveryRequirements:




Demonstrated experience independently managing projects or initiativeExperience working within a PMO or structured project environmentExperience working within a PMO or structured project environmentStrong experience preparing project status reports and providing clear project updatesComfortable working independently without significant day-to-day direction or hand-holdingBanking or financial services experience is an asset, particularly exposure to Personal Banking, Personal Lending, Risk, AML, Fraud, or Process TransformationSoft
