As Construction Manager, you will report to the Director of Construction and lead Site Supervisors and in office crews. Your work spans preconstruction through client handover, combining master scheduling, financial control, procurement, change management, stakeholder communication, safety, quality, and risk management. PCH Builders delivers homes and developments across Alberta.

15+ years of progressive construction experienceResidential experience with homes and multi-family developmentsExperience leading full-cycle project deliveryValid Class 5 licence and reliable transportationCSTS 2020, WHMIS, and successful background checkBring residential construction leadership, commercial discipline, and field judgment to PCH Builders’ Calgary and Cochrane projects.
